This year’s show, as in the past, will start off with a lively Friday evening where all in attendance can “Sip, Savor, & Shop!”
Doors open at 5:30 pm for Friends of the Arboretum and invited guests to enjoy the evening and get first choice of your lovely work.
We ask that all artists participating in the show be ready to open your doors (well your tents) and ready to sell by 5:00 pm.
Beer, wine, and light refreshments will be served to you during the evening so you can enjoy the party while you work.
Space is very limited for our Opening Night Fundraiser. As a registered artist, you do not need a ticket—you will already be present in your booth.
If you would like to invite someone to attend, we are happy to offer you a discounted ticket at $35 (public, non-member price is $50). A link to purchase the ticket will be sent to you by email.
Please also remember that the event runs all weekend. Public tickets for Saturday and Sunday are only $5, and you are welcome to have one booth helper on those days at no cost.

If you are absolutely not able to have your booth open during this Friday evening event, please reach out to Bradley Carter at bcarter.arboretum@gmail.com to let him know. This night is also our reception for you as the artists of Art in the Arboretum 2025, so we want you to enjoy the festivities.
As we could have up to 90 artists, we are requiring all artists to park in the artist designated parking area located at Bradley Creek Elementary during the entirety of the show. We will have a shuttle running at the beginning and the end of the Friday evening event, and at the beginning and end of the day on Saturday and Sunday. Shuttle drivers will be on call during the entire show in case a need arises. Maps to the parking area will be provided closer to the show.
