Below is a map of the Arboretum grounds with booth locations.
Booth Artists will receive instructions for both booth selection and payment after acceptance into show.

• Festival Booth Artists will have several options for the 2025 show, please make sure you indicate which style booth you are applying for during your application process. All booth spaces are $195.
  • Outside: 10X10 space in the gardens. Artists are required to provide their own tent. Tents cannot be staked and must be secured by weights.
  • Outside: 10X5. This smaller footprint provides cover under the eaves of the building.  No tent is required; all booths on concrete flooring.
• We recommend that Art Festival Booth Artists with tents attach walls and enclose their booths each night. Artists under the building eaves of in the Gatehouse should cover or protect their art each night. The Arboretum grounds will be closed and locked each night and the Arboretum will hire security for the overnight hours.
• No electricity will be provided.
• If you need additional lighting for the Sip, Savor, & Shop event, please provide your own battery operated lighting.
